I checked in online for Alma, it said be there at 12pm. At 12:55 pm after several stylists rang up different customers and no Alma showed up. I finally asked why my name on the board was past up? That’s when a stylist said, “Oh Alma is not in today, she called out. I saw your name on the board but she is not here” “Did you check in?” I told them I checked in online and then she said oh yeah your supposed to check inside here too when you come in.” I’m so upset, the worst customer service I have ever had. I’m still waiting and it’s past an hour. I even ubered my mother from the store to sport clips because I was still waiting. If I could give a zero I would.
