Alma is my favorites stylist. After trying most of the stylist here. i am always satisfied with how alma does her fades. She needs a raise!

Erin, the manager at this location, is the best that I’ve had of all the locations I’ve gone to. She is precise, and her skills showed me why she is the position she is. Definitely recommend this sight for sore eyes to anyone wanting a great haircut.

this happened: Saturday, March 30th, 2019 I have been a client for more than 7 years, not only me, but I also regularly take my son Angelo Jr. and my other son Nicola. I have always received respectful and excellent treatment, especially from the manager and the stylist Alma, who usually cuts our hair. Today I arrived at the sport clips location around 5:40-5:45 pm. I know they close at 6 on Saturdays so I arrived a little before they closed since I only needed a small adjustment for my son and me. The lady who received me had a bad face towards me and commented to her coworker that they had to close because there were 15-20 minutes till closing. The stylist (NANCY) asked me to register on the computer, I did it, and she said "only one correct?" ... and with a reluctant attitude, I say "no, both my son and I need an adjustment/clean up". Although I understand English and I can speak it, I am more comfortable in Spanish, so I communicate in Spanish because it is my first language. She (Nancy) proceeded to register my son, Angelo Jr., and had us sit down. I was assisted by a black stylist, I do not remember her name, but she treated me professionally, excellently, and without problems. The stylist Nancy began to take care of my son, she asked me "what I wanted" ... and I explained in Spanish that I only wanted a clean up on the sides and maybe just a little up top, she tells me that if she has to cut up top it would not be a clean up anymore, it would be a cut. I told her that is not a problem then, that she should proceed with the cut. I was always respectful and she always demonstrated an attitude of reluctance and annoyance. She replied again with reluctance (in English) saying "you?ve been coming for a long time, you should already know the difference between a clean up and a cut?, with a terrible attitude implying that I was confused. I kept silent as she continued to work on my son as I was worked on by the other stylist (the black one). In two or three minutes NANCY speaks to me in English asking "how do you want your son's hair," I ask her respectfully to ask me in Spanish (to avoid any confusion since I know she speaks perfect Spanish), to which she answers in a rude way "answer me in English if you understand". I could not stand her bad attitude, her reluctance, and her way of speaking to me unrepentantly, as if she were talking to a friend of hers while scolding me. I stood up from my seat and said in a firm voice that that was enough for her work with my son, that she could not talk to me that way, and that I could speak to her in English or Spanish, because I know that she is completely bilingual. Then I asked the manager to please finish my son's cut and the stylist NANCY said "for me, better" (she did not finish her work). All this was witnessed by the manager. I am complaining about the terrible, disrespectful and unpleasant attitude of NANCY. The manager changed my son to another seat and finished cutting his hair. While the stylist was finishing up my haircut, NANCY passed behind me with a mocking smile, which she obviously did to exasperate me more, but she did not because I am a forty-two-year-old man with experience in dealing with personnel, I am a professional and polite. Also my son is autistic, for which I have experience in the treatment and in the clear explanation of ideas. I did not talk to her anymore and for me her mocking smile was a continuation of a disrespectful treatment. Unacceptable. Anyways, I left a tip because the one that cut my hair (the black lady) and the one that finished cutting my son?s hair (the manager) did an excellent job as always. You can check in your system and you can see that I am a loyal customer for years, and even if it were to be my first time, it is unacceptable. It is unacceptable, intolerable and humiliating to receive treatment at this level.
